CHUTZPAH - A tent that is not a tent, animals that are not animals is the exhibition project by Atelier dell'Errore BIG, curated by Gabi Scardi, which inaugurates the Art Studio, the new area dedicated to contemporary art within the permanent exhibition A World of Potential by The Human Safety Net, Assicurazioni Generali foundation on the third floor of the Procuratie Vecchie in Piazza San Marco, Venice.
The historic building opens its doors to the public for the first time in five hundred years of history after renovation by David Chipperfield Architects and interior and exhibition design by Migliore​+​Servetto Architects.

CHUTZPAH is a Yiddish term for the boldness of someone who believes in himself excessively. Over the years, the term has been taken up in English to refer to personal confidence, to the reckless drive that allows one to break out of established patterns and to perform deeds that others have found impossible. Courage and boldness are certainly characteristics that can be associated with the AdE’s stance, the origin of its choices, approach and also its unconventional use of traditional techniques from the art world. Indeed, CHUTZPAH is the result of work on the very edge of obsession, through which the collective is able to achieve levels of extreme technical virtuosity.
